胰岛素抵抗已经成为临床高血糖与脑血管病公认的独立危险因素之一。本文阐述了胰岛素的结构及其在体内的分布情况、胰岛素抵抗以及高血糖在脑血管疾病中的参与过程,指出胰岛素增敏剂可以增加胰岛素的敏感性,降低脑血管病发生率。

Insulin resistance had become an independent risk factor for the high blood glucose and cerebrovascular disease.Inthis paper,the author described the structure of insulin and its distribution in vivo,the participation process of insulin resistanceand high blood glucose in cerebral vascular disease,and pointed out that insulin agonist could increase the insulin sensitivity anddecrease the incidence of cerebrovascular disease.
