颅内巨大脑膜瘤的手术治疗

Operation treatment of intracranial giant meningioma

目的：探讨颅内巨大脑膜瘤的手术治疗。方法：对手术治疗的32 例颅内巨大脑膜瘤患者进行回顾性分析。结果：肿瘤切除0 级6 例，Ⅰ级12 例，Ⅱ级10 例，Ⅲ级3 例，Ⅳ级1 例。术中出血＜800 mL 17 例，800～1 600 mL 8例，＞1 600 mL 7 例。无死亡病例，术后症状好转。结论：手术切除是治疗颅内巨大脑膜瘤的最佳方法。

Objective:To explore the operation treatment of intracranial giant meningioma.Methods:32 cases of intracranial giantmeningioma patients with operation treatment were retrospectively analyzed.Results:6 cases were tumor removal 0 grade;12 caseswere Ⅰ grade;10 cases were Ⅱ grade;3 cases were Ⅲ grade;1 case was Ⅳ grade.17 cases were intraoperative bleeding less than800 mL;8 cases were 800 to 1 600 mL;7 cases were more than 1 600 mL.There was no death cases,and postoperative symptomswere improved.Conclusion:The operation resection is the best method for treatment of intracranial giant meningioma.
