对剖宫产术后瘢痕子宫再次妊娠分娩方式的探讨

Investigation of delivery mode for uterine scar pregnancy again after cesarean section

目的:探讨剖宫产术后瘢痕子宫再次足月妊娠的分娩方式。方法:分析98例剖宫产术后瘢痕子宫再次足月妊娠患者的分娩方式。结果:阴道试产组33例,其中分娩成功29例,试产成功率87.87%,试产失败急行剖宫产4例。择期剖宫产组65例。结论:剖宫产术后瘢痕子宫再次妊娠的孕妇在一定条件下实施阴道分娩具有可行性及安全性。

Objective:To investigate the delivery mode of the uterine scar pregnancy again after cesarean section.Methods:Thedelivery mode of 98 cases of patients with uterine scar pregnancy again after cesarean section was analyzed.Results:The vaginaldelivery group had 33 cases,in which 29 cases had successful delivery with successful rate of 87.87% ,and 4 cases with failedvaginal delivery were given cesarean section.The elective cesarean section group had 65 cases.Conclusion:It was feasible and safeto carry out vaginal delivery in a certain condition for the uterine scar pregnancy again after cesarean section.
