摘要
目的:探讨十全大补汤联合肠内营养支持治疗肺癌手术患者的临床效果及免疫功能变化。方法:收治肺癌手术患者80例,随机分为两组。对照组单纯给予早期营养支持,研究组在营养支持的基础上加用十全大补汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效及免疫功能变化。结果:治疗后,研究组中医证候积分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后的免疫功能提高率显著高于对照组,降低率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肠内营养支持联合十全大补汤治疗肺癌手术患者可有效提高临床效果,改善患者的免疫功能。
Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect and changes of immune function of patients with lung cancertreated with shiquandabu decoction combined with enteral nutrition.Methods:80 cases of patients with lung cancer were dividedinto two groups randomly.The control group were treated with early nutritional support,and the research group were treated withshiquandabu decoction based on nutritional support.The clinical curative effect and changes of immune function of two groupswere compared.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the research group were significantly lower than that of thecontrol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The immune function increasing rate of the research groupwas significantly higher than that of the control group,while the reduction rate was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Enteral nutrition combined with shiquandabu decoction inthe treatment of patients with lung cancer could improve the clinical curative effect effectively and improve the immune functionof the patients.
