硝黄降浊汤治疗蝮蛇咬伤致急性肾损伤(痰浊阻塞证)临床研究

Clinical study of Xiaohuang Jiangzhuo decoction in the treatment of acute kidney injury induced by snakebite(phlegm obstruction syndrome)

目的:探讨硝黄降浊汤治疗蝮蛇咬伤所致急性肾损伤(痰浊阻塞证)的临床效果。方法:收治蝮蛇咬伤致急性肾损伤患者62例,分为两组。对照组给予蛇咬伤基础治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予硝黄降浊汤,观察两组临床疗效、肾功能指标、TNF-α与IL-6的变化。结果:两组蝮蛇咬伤与肾功能衰竭均治愈。治疗后,试验组肾功能指标与血清胱抑素C水平、TNF-α与IL-6的改善效果较对照组显著(P<0.05)。结论:硝黄降浊汤治疗蝮蛇咬伤所致痰浊阻塞证急性肾损伤可改善肾功能与清除炎性标志物。

Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of Xiaohuang Jiangzhuo decoction in the treatment of acute kidneyinjury induced by snakebite (phlegm obstruction syndrome).Methods:62 cases of patients with acute kidney injury induced bysnakebite were divided into two groups.The control group was given the basic treatment of snakebite;the experimental group wasgiven xiaohuangjiangzhuo decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effect,renal function indicators,TNF-α,IL-6 of two groups were observed.Results:The snakebite and renal failure of two groups were cured.After treatment,therenal function indicators,levels of serum cystatin C,TNF-α and IL-6 improved in the experimental group were more significantthan those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaohuang Jiangzhuo decoction in the treatment of acute kidney injuryinduced by snakebite (phlegm obstruction syndrome) could improve the kidney function and clear the inflammatory markers.
