MTD法和多位点PCR在肺外结核感染快速检测和菌株分型中的应用价值

Application value of MTD and multi point PCR in the rapid detection and strain typing of extrapulmonary tuberculosis infection

目的:探讨MTD法和多位点PCR在肺外结核感染快速检测和菌株分型中的应用价值。方法:收治肺外结核感染患者120例,随机分为两组。对照组应用常规涂片检测方法,研究组采用MTD法和多位点PCR检测,比较两组临床快速检测效果。结果:研究组检测阳性率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组检测准确率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:MTD法和多位点PCR进行肺外结核感染快速检测,检测阳性率高,菌株分型准确率高。

Objective:To investigate the application value of MTD and multi point PCR in the rapid detection and strain typing ofextrapulmonary tuberculosis infection.Methods:120 cases of patients with extrapulmonary tuberculosis infection were divided intotwo groups randomly.The control group was given routine smear test method;the research group was given MTD and multi pointPCR.The clinical rapid detection effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The positive rate of the research group wassignificantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The detection accuracy of the research group was significantly higherthan that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:MTD and multi point PCR in the rapid detection of extrapulmonarytuberculosis infection had high positive rate and high strain typing accuracy.
