SAA、CRP联合检测在孕妇脓毒症诊断中的意义

The significance of combined detection of SAA and CRP in the diagnosis of sepsis in pregnant women

目的:探讨血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、C反应蛋白(CRP)在孕妇脓毒血症诊断中的价值。方法:收治脓毒血症孕妇100例及正常孕妇100例,分别检测血清SAA、CRP水平,比较SAA、CRP及SAA+CRP在诊断脓毒症中的敏感性和特异性。结果:与正常孕妇比较,脓毒症孕妇血清SAA、CRP水平均显著升高(P<0.01)。在诊断孕妇脓毒症感染中,SAA、CRP及SAA+CRP的敏感性分别为85.3%、66.67%、96.67%,特异性分别为92.8%、87.2%、94.4%。结论:血清SAA和CRP水平的检测有助于脓毒症的早期诊断及鉴别诊断,并可作为判断预后的指标。二者联合检测可提高孕妇脓毒症诊断的可靠性。

Objective:To explore the value of combined detection of SAA and CRP in the diagnosis of sepsis in pregnant women.Methods:100 pregnant women with sepsis and 100 normal pregnant women were selected.The serum SAA and CRP levels of thetwo groups were detected.We compared the sensitivity and specificity of SAA,CRP and SAA plus CRP in the diagnosis of sepsis.Results:Compared with normal pregnant women,serum SAA and CRP levels of pregnant women with sepsis were significantlyincreased(P<0.01).In the diagnosis of sepsis infection in pregnant women,the sensitivity of SAA,CRP and SAA plus CRP was85.3%,66.67% and 96.67% respectively;the specificity was 92.8%,87.2% and 94.4% respectively.Conclusion:Detection of serumlevels of SAA and CRP was helpful for early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of sepsis.They can be used as indicators to judgethe prognosis.Combined detection of the two can improve the reliability of the diagnosis of sepsis in pregnant women.
