护理干预对腹膜透析患者服药依从性的影响

Effect of nursing intervention on the medication compliance of patients with peritoneal dialysis

目的:探讨护理干预对腹膜透析患者服药依从性的影响。方法:将56例腹膜透析患者按随机数字表分为观察组和对照组各28例。对照组给予常规药物及腹膜透析治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予护理干预。对比两组患者的服药依从性。结果:观察组的服药依从性明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹膜透析患者在药物治疗的基础上实施护理干预有利于提高患者的服药依从性,保障了腹膜透析的正常进行。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the medication compliance of patients with peritonealdialysis.Methods:56 patients with peritoneal dialysis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with28 cases in each according to the random number table.The control group was given conventional drugs and peritoneal dialysistreatment.The observation group was given nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The medication compliances oftwo groups were compared.Results:The medication compliance of the observation group was significantly better than that of thecontrol group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of nursing intervention on the basis of drug treatment in patients withperitoneal dialysis is beneficial to improve the medication compliance of patients,and ensure the normal of peritoneal dialysis.
