摘要
目的:探讨老年股骨颈骨折患者并发症的预防与护理。方法:收治老年股骨颈骨折患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用并发症针对性预防护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果:观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:老年股骨颈骨折患者做好并发症的防护可以有效提高治疗效果和患者舒适度。
Objective:To explore the prevention and nursing of complications in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods:80 elderly patients with femoral neck fractures were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and theobservation group with 40 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given targetedpreventive nursing,then we compared the effect of the two groups.Results:The incidence of complication in the observation groupwas lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Prevention and nursing of complications for elderly patients withfemoral neck fracture can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and comfort degree of patients.
