特殊护理干预对胎膜早破产妇分娩方式及效果的影响分析

Effect impact analysis of special nursing intervention on delivery mode for puerperal with premature rupture of membrane

目的:分析特殊护理干预对胎膜早破产妇分娩方式及效果的影响。方法:收治胎膜早破患者60例,根据护理方案的不同分为两组。对照组行常规护理,研究组行特殊护理干预,比较两组心理状态及分娩方式。结果:研究组SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组自然分娩率76.67%,显著高于对照组的33.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:特殊护理干预对胎膜早破产妇分娩方式及效果影响显著。

Objective:To analyze the effect impact of special nursing intervention on delivery mode for puerperal with prematurerupture of membrane.Methods:60 cases of patients with premature rupture of membrane were divided into two groups according tothe different nursing programs.The control group was given routine nursing,while the research group was given special nursingintervention.The psychological state and delivery mode of two groups were compared.Results:The scores of SAS and SDS in theresearch group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate in the research groupwas 76.67%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect impact of special nursing intervention on delivery mode for puerperal with premature rupture of membranewas remarkable.
