优质化护理服务在护理管理中的应用

Application of high quality nursing service in nursing management

目的:探讨优质化护理服务在护理管理中的应用效果。方法:收治患者200例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规护理服务,研究组给予优质化护理服务,比较两组医疗事故的发生率及患者的满意程度。结果:研究组患者满意程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率96.0%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质化护理服务可以有效降低医疗事故的发生率,提高患者满意程度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of high quality nursing service in nursing management.Methods:200 casesof patients were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given conventional nursing service.The research groupwas given high quality nursing service.The medical accident rate and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The patient satisfaction of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effectiverate of the research group was 96.0% ,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Highquality nursing service could reduce the incidence of medical accidents effectively and improve patient satisfaction.
