摘要 目的:探讨不同手术方案治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的差异。方法:收治股骨粗隆间骨折老年患者66例,随机将其分成3组,分别给予保守治疗、传统手术、微创手术治疗,观察3组的疗效。结果:微创手术治疗患者在负重时间、出血量、愈合时间、优良率等方面优势明显(P<0.05)。结论:微创手术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者可提升优良率,同时还有助于控制负重时间、出血量以及愈合时间。 Objective:To investigate the differences in the treatment effect in different operation scheme on elderly patients withintertrochanteric fracture.Methods:66 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture were randomly divided into three groups,which were treated with conservative treatment,traditional surgery and minimally invasive surgery respectively.Then theeffectiveness of the treatment in the three groups were observed.Results:Patients with minimally invasive surgery treatment hadobviously advantages,such as weight bearing time,bleeding amount,healing time,excellent rate and so on(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive surgical treatment on elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture can improve the excellent rate,inadditions,it can also help to control the load time,bleeding volume and healing time.
