厄贝沙坦结合氨氯地平治疗社区老年高血压患者的效果研究

Effect exploration of irbesartan combined with amlodipine in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension in community

目的:探究厄贝沙坦结合氨氯地平治疗社区老年高血压患者的效果。方法:收治老年高血压患者158例,随机分为两组。研究组给予氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗,对照组给予氨氯地平治疗,对比两组治疗前后血压情况、临床治疗效果及不良反应。结果:研究组总有效率98.73%,显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组血压改善程度显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗社区老年高血压患者效果十分显著,不良反应少。

Objective:To explore the effect of irbesartan combined with amlodipine in the treatment of elderly patients withhypertension in community.Methods:158 cases of elderly patients with hypertension were divided into two groups randomly.Theresearch group was treated with amlodipine combined with irbesartan.The control group was treated with amlodipine,the bloodpressure.The clinical curative effect and adverse reaction of two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of theresearch group was 98.73% ,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).The improvement of blood pressure in the research group was significantly better than that in the controlgroup,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was not statistically significant difference of incidence ofadverse reactions between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Irbesartan combined with amlodipine in the treatment of elderly patientswith hypertension in community had significant effect with less adverse reaction.
