不同时机治疗妊娠期糖尿病对母婴预后的影响

A comparative study of different time treatment on maternal and infant prognosis for gestational diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨不同时机治疗妊娠期糖尿病对母婴预后的影响。方法:收治妊娠期糖尿病患者100例,分为早期组和晚期组各50例,比较两组的干预效果。结果:经过不同时机的治疗,早期组的剖宫产率54.0%,明显低于晚期组的76.0%(P<0.05)。早期组的并发症及新生儿情况均显著优于晚期组(P<0.05)。结论:在妊娠期糖尿病患者的临床治疗中,应选择恰当的时机进行治疗,保证母婴良好的预后。

Objective:To explore the influence of different time treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus on maternal and infantprognosis.Methods:100 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected.They were divided into the early group and thelate group with 50 cases in each.We compared the effect of two groups.Results:After different time treatment,the cesarean sectionrate in early group with 54.0% was significantly lower than 76% in the late group(P<0.05).The complications and neonatalconditions in the early group were significantly better than those in the late group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment ofpatients with gestational diabetes,we should choose the appropriate time to treat,in order to ensure the good prognosis of motherand child.
