乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合替硝唑阴道栓治疗滴虫性阴道炎的疗效分析

Curative effect analysis of lacidophilin vaginal capsules combined with tinidazole vaginal suppository in the treatment of trichomonal vaginitis

目的:观察乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合替硝唑阴道栓治疗滴虫性阴道炎的临床效果。方法:收治滴虫性阴道炎患者72例,随机分为单纯组和联合组各36例,单纯组给予单纯替硝唑阴道栓治疗,联合组给予乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合替硝唑阴道栓治疗。观察两组患者的临床效果、不良反应及复发率。结果:联合组治疗痊愈率和总有效率均明显高于单纯组(P<0.05);治疗后8周和16周内的复发率均明显低于单纯组。结论:乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合替硝唑阴道栓治疗滴虫性阴道炎疗效显著,安全性好,复发率低。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of lacidophilin vaginal capsules combined with tinidazole vaginal suppositoryin the treatment of trichomonal vaginitis.Methods:72 patients with trichomonal vaginitis were selected.They were randomlydivided into the simple group and the combination group with 36 cases in each.The simple group was given simple tinidazolevaginal suppository treatment.The combination group was given lacidophilin vaginal capsules combined with tinidazole vaginalsuppository treatment.The clinical effects,adverse reactions and recurrence rates of the two groups were observed.Results:Thetreatment cure rate and total effective rate of the combination group were significantly higher than those of the simple group(P<0.05).At 8 weeks and 16 weeks after treatment,the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the simple group.Conclusion:Lacidophilin vaginal capsules combined with tinidazole vaginal suppository in the treatment of trichomonal vaginitishas a significant curative effect,good safety,low recurrence rate.
