产科麻醉中椎管内阿片类药物的应用及呼吸抑制的发生

Application of spinal opioids in obstetric anesthesia and its respiratory neuraxial

目的:阿片类药物在镇痛治疗中应用广泛。自1979年以来,阿片类的主要给药途径为椎管内。在产科当中,阿片类药物的主要给药途径为椎管内给药和静脉内给药,但是,静脉内给药方式对产妇和新生儿存在的不良反应以及发生率要高于椎管内给药,所以,椎管内给药是阿片类药物的主要给药方式,并且在临床当用已经普遍应用。

Opioid drugs are widely used in analgesic therapy.Since 1979,spinal canal is the main route of administration ofopioids.In the department of obstetrics,the main route of drug delivery was intrathecal administration and intravenousadministration,however,the incidence of adverse reactions on maternal and neonatal with intravenous administration was higherthan the spinal canal,so that intrathecal administration is the main drug delivery method,and it has been used widely in clinicalpractice.
