上颌窦真菌球型鼻窦炎的鼻内镜治疗效果分析

Effect analysis of endoscopic surgery in the treatment of maxillary sinus fungal sinusitis

目的:探讨鼻内镜治疗上颌窦真菌球型鼻窦炎疗效。方法:收治上颌窦真菌球型鼻窦炎患者43例,分为传统手术组和鼻内镜手术组,比较两组疗效。结果:两组疗效、复发率、并发症的发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:传统手术和鼻内镜手术治疗上颌窦真菌球型鼻窦炎疗效无明显差异,鼻内镜手术创伤小,不需切除鼻窦黏膜。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic surgery in the treatment of maxillary sinus fungal sinusitis.Methods:43 cases of patients with maxillary sinus fungal sinusitis were divided into the traditional operation group and theendoscopic surgery group.The clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The differences of clinical effect,recurrencerate and incidence of complications between groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The difference ofclinical effect between traditional surgery and endoscopic surgery in the treatment of maxillary sinus fungal sinusitis was notsignificant.The endoscopic surgery had little damage and it was not necessary to remove the sinus mucosa.
