HIV感染116例皮肤性病的临床特点

Clinical characteristics of skin and sexually transmitted diseases on 116 cases with HIV infection

目的:探讨HIV感染皮肤性病的临床特点。方法:收治HIV感染患者116例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:伴发皮肤性病108例,其中伴发两种皮肤性病16例。对于伴发梅毒的患者,主要在患者肛周、外生殖器、会阴、腹股沟等部位出现湿润的扁平斑疹,然而在四肢和躯干的皮肤主要表现为玫瑰疹;对于淋病和衣原体/支原体感染患者,大部分在尿道和周围出现炎性反应,同时会分泌出一种黏稠物。结论:HIV感染患者在病情发展期间会出现各种各样的皮肤性病,尽早对其采取相应的检查可以对HIV的感染情况给予有效控制。

Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics of skin and sexually transmitted diseases on patients with HIVinfected.Methods:116 patients with HIV infection were selected,then their clinical data retrospectively was analyzed.Results:108cases were accompanied with skin and sexually transmitted diseases,including 16 cases with two kinds of skin and sexuallytransmitted diseases.For patients associated with syphilis,mainly typical symptoms was flat spots moist at anus week,externalgenital,perineal,groin,etc,however,in the limbs and trunk skin mainly as roseola;for patients combined with gonorrhea andchlamydia/pneumoniae,mostly of those patients with inflammatory response at urinary tract and peripheral,and secrete a sticky atthe same time.Conclusion:Patients with HIV infection will appear a variety of skin diseases in the development of HIV,to take theappropriate examination as soon as possible,in order to controlled HIV infection effectively.
