耳鼻咽喉科常见慢性咳嗽的诊断与治疗

The diagnosis and treatment on chronic cough in the department of ENT

目的:探讨耳鼻喉科常见慢性咳嗽的临床诊断和治疗。方法:利用解剖学和诱导痰检查方法,对持续8周咳嗽的98例患者进行病因诊断,并给予针对性治疗。结果:98例慢性咳嗽患者中,病因明确94例,其中鼻后滴流综合征43例,咳嗽变异型哮喘20例,感冒后干咳10例,嗜酸粒细胞性支气管炎12例,变应性咳嗽3例,胃食管反流性咳嗽2例,血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂诱发的咳嗽2例,气道内肿瘤1例,支气管异物1例。治疗效果良好91例(96.81%)。结论:慢性咳嗽的常见病因有嗽变异型哮喘、鼻后滴流综合征等,对患者进行针对性治疗能够取得较好的临床效果。

Objective:To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment on chronic cough in the department of ENT.Methods:98cases coughing for 8 weeks were diagnosed by using the methods of anatomy and induced sputum examination,then they weregiven the targeted therapy.Results:Among those 98 patients with chronic cough,94 cases has clearly etiology,including 43 caseswith postnasal drip syndrome,20 cases with cough variant asthma,10 cases with cough after a cold,12 cases with eosinophilic acidgranulocyte bronchitis,3 cases with allergic cough and gastroesophageal reflux cough in 2 cases,angiotensin converting enzymeinhibitor induced cough in 2 cases,1 cases of airway tumors,1 cases of bronchial foreign body.The treatment effect in 91 cases wasgood(96.81% ).Conclusion:The common causes of chronic cough including cough variant asthma,and postnasal drip syndrome.Targeted therapy for the patients can achieve better clinical effect.
