蜂蛹中毒11例的急救与治疗

First aid and treatment of 11 cases of honeybee pupae poisoning

目的:探讨急性蜂蛹中毒的临床治疗方法和效果。方法:对11例急性蜂蛹中毒患者进行全面对症支持治疗,并观察其治疗效果和预后。结果:经治疗后,所有患者都好转,没有并发症和后遗症。结论:对蜂蛹中毒的治疗,取得较好的治疗效果,要立足于中毒的早期诊断,积极的对症处理。

Objective:To investigate the clinical treatment method and effect of acute poisoning of honeybee pupae.Methods:11cases of acute poisoning of honeybee pupae patients were given the comprehensive symptomatic treatment,and we observed thetherapeutic effect and prognosis.Results:After the treatment,all of the patients were improved,and there were no complications andsequelae.Conclusion:For the treatment of honeybee pupae poisoning,the good therapeutic effect based on the early diagnosis ofpoisoning,and symptomatic treatment actively.
