Antiretroviral therapy for patients with acquired immune deficiency syndrome and the compliance management of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acquired immune deficiency syndrome

目的:分析艾滋病患者的抗病毒治疗及中药治疗艾滋病的依从性管理。方法:收治艾滋病患者132例,给予抗病毒治疗及依从性教育,分析疗效及依从性。结果:服药依从性>95%时,才能抑制80%以上的病毒。结论:乡医或村医要经常对患者服药进行督导,以保证患者的服药依从性。

Objective:To analyze the antiretroviral therapy for patients with acquired immune deficiency syndrome and thecompliance management of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acquired immune deficiency syndrome.Methods:132cases of patients with acquired immune deficiency syndrome were given antiretroviral therapy and compliance education.Thecurative effect and compliance were analyzed.Results:As the medication compliance was over 95%,more than 80% of virus couldbe inhibited.Conclusion:Country doctors or village doctors should always supervise the medical treatment of patients to ensure themedication compliance of the patients.
