子宫压迫缝合术在产后出血治疗中的临床应用及止血效果分析

Clinical application and hemostatic effect of uterine compression suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage

目的:探讨子宫压迫缝合术治疗产后出血的效果。方法:收治产后出血患者112例,分别采用B-lynch缝合术、Cho缝合术、Hayman缝合术及子宫下段压迫缝合术治疗,比较止血效果。结果:在112例患者中,111例有效止血,止血有效率99.1%。术后无并发症。结论:子宫压迫缝合术治疗产后出血的效果显著。

Objective:To explore the hemostatic effect of uterine compression suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:112 patients with postpartum hemorrhage were selected.They were treated with B-lynch suture,Cho suture,Haymansuture and uterine lower segment compression suture respectively.We compared the hemostatic effect.Results:In 112 patients,111cases were effective,and the effective rate was 99.1% .There was no postoperative complication.Conclusion:The effect of uterinecompression suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage was remarkable.
