中医活血化瘀法辨证施治脑血栓的疗效分析

Curative effect analysis of traditional Chinese medicine promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis in syndrome differentiation of cerebral thrombosis

目的:探讨中医活血化瘀法辨证治疗脑血栓的临床疗效。方法:收治脑血栓患者160例,随机分成两组。对照组给予甘露醇和血塞通治疗,观察组在对照组基础上辨证施治,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率96.25%,对照组总有效率85.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医活血化瘀法辨证治疗脑血栓疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the traditional Chinese medicine promoting blood circulation to removeblood stasis in syndrome differentiation of cerebral thrombosis.Methods:160 cases of patients with cerebral thrombosis weredivided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with mannitol and Xuesaitong.The observation group was givensyndrome differentiation on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The totaleffective rate of the observation group was 96.25%.The total effective rate of the control group was 85.0%.The difference betweengroups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine promoting blood circulation to removeblood stasis in syndrome differentiation of cerebral thrombosis had obvious curative effect.
