桃红四物汤加味配合化疗治疗气滞血瘀型中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

Clinical observation of modified Taohong Siwu decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of middle and late stage nonsmall-cell lung cancer of Qizhi Xueyu type

目的:探讨桃红四物汤加味配合化疗治疗气滞血瘀型中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法:收治中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者46例,随机分成观察组和对照组,对照组采用化疗及常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用桃红四物汤治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组近期总有效率73.07%,明显高于对照组的40.00%(P<0.05),治疗后,观察组疼痛程度较前明显减轻,Karnofsky评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:桃红四物汤加味配合化疗治疗气滞血瘀型中晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效较好,能提高患者生存质量。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of modified Taohong Siwu decoction combined with chemotherapy in thetreatment of middle and late stage nonsmall-cell lung cancer of Qizhi Xueyu type.Methods:46 patients with middle and late stagenonsmall-cell lung cancer were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The controlgroup was treated with chemotherapy and conventional treatment.The observation group was given modified Taohong Siwudecoction on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,therecent total effective rate of 73.07% was significantly higher than 40.00% of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the painof the observation group was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the Karnofsky score was significantly improvedcompared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Recent curative effect of modified Taohong Siwu decoction combined withchemotherapy in the treatment of middle and late stage nonsmall-cell lung cancer of Qizhi Xueyu type was significant,which canimprove the quality of life of patients.
