慢肝调脾胶囊治疗肝郁脾虚型慢性乙型肝炎40例临床研究

Clinical study of Mangan Tiaopi capsule in the treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome of chronic hepatitis B in 40 cases

目的:研究慢肝调脾胶囊治疗肝郁脾虚型慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组给予慢肝调脾胶囊,对比两组患者的疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组。治疗组中医证候积分改善程度显著优于对照组。结论:慢肝调脾胶囊治疗肝郁脾虚型慢性乙型肝炎疗效确切。

Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of Mangan Tiaopi capsule in the treatment of liver stagnation and spleendeficiency syndrome of chronic hepatitis B.Methods:80 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into the controlgroup and the treatment group.The control group was given conventional treatment.The treatment group was given Mangan Tiaopicapsule.The curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantlyhigher than that of the control group.The improvement of TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was significantly better thanthat of the control group.Conclusion:The curative effect of Mangan Tiaopi capsule in the treatment of liver stagnation and spleendeficiency syndrome of chronic hepatitis B is definite.
