高频超声在类风湿性膝关节炎诊断中的应用研究

Application research of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis of knee

目的:探讨高频超声在类风湿性膝关节炎诊断中的应用价值。方法:收治类风湿性膝关节炎患者64例,对其采取高频超声检查,同时和X线检查给予对比分析。结果:高频超声检查显示,关节囊积液有124个;122个关节囊滑膜增厚,增生的滑膜当中关节显示低速血液流动信号94个(73.43%);关节软骨损坏92个;骨质侵蚀破坏78个关节。X线检查显示,关节面骨质破坏、软骨变薄和关节腔狭窄104个(81.25%);关节肿胀有6例,无关节囊积液或者滑膜增生改变。结论:对类风湿性膝关节炎采取高频超声检查,可以取得良好的诊断效果,可以充分显示骨质初期侵蚀、滑膜增厚血管增殖以及滑膜渗出积液等。

Objective:To explore the application value of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis ofknee.Methods:64 patients with rheumatoid arthritis of knee were selected.They were given the high frequency ultrasoundexamination,and we took a comparative analysis with the X-ray examination.Results: High frequency ultrasound examinationshowed that there were articular effusion in 124 joints,articular synovial thickening in 122 joints with slow blood flow signals of94 (73.43% ), articular cartilage damage in 92 joints, bone erosion destroy in 78 joints.X-ray examination showed that bonedestruction joint surface, thinning of the cartilage and joint cavity stenosis were in 104 joints(81.25% ),articular effusion jointswelling in 6 cases, no change or synovial proliferation.Conclusion:The high frequency ultrasound examination of rheumatoidarthritis of knee can achieve good diagnostic results,which can fully display the early period of bone erosion,synovial thickening ofvascular proliferation and synovial effusion and so on.
