摘要
目的:探讨综合护理干预对颅脑手术后颅内感染的临床效果。方法:收治颅脑手术后继发颅内感染患者84例,分为护理组和对照组各42例,对照组采用常规护理,护理组采用综合护理干预,比较两组的护理效果。结果:护理组的有效率、死亡率、住院天数显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预对颅脑手术后颅内感染的临床效果显著。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on intracranial infection aftercraniocerebral operations.Methods:84 patients with intracranial infection after craniocerebral operations were selected.They weredivided into the nursing group and the control group with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.Thenursing group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.We compared the effect of the two groups.Results:In the nursinggroup,the efficiency,mortality,and length of hospital stay were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on intracranial infection after craniocerebral operations wassignificant.
