负压封闭引流治疗严重软组织损伤的疗效观察与护理分析

Curative effect observation and nursing analysis of vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of severe soft tissue injury

目的:探讨负压封闭引流治疗严重软组织损伤的临床疗效。方法:收治严重软组织损伤患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组给予负压封闭引流术治疗及对症护理,对照组给予常规治疗及护理。结果:观察组护理总满意率、创面清洁时间以及并发症情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:负压封闭引流术治疗软组织损伤辅以相应的护理可以有效提高疾病治愈率,缩短治疗时间,提高患者满意率。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of severe soft tissueinjury.Methods:60 patients with severe soft tissue injury were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group andthe control group with 30 cases in each.The observation group was given vacuum sealing drainage treatment and symptomaticnursing.The control group was given routine treatment and nursing.Results:The nursing total satisfaction rate,wound cleaning timeand complication condition of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of severe soft tissue injury supplemented by corresponding nursing can effectivelyimprove the cure rate of disease,shorten the treatment time,and improve the satisfaction of patients.
