循证心理护理在自然分娩孕妇中的应用价值

Application value of evidence-based psychological nursing in pregnant women with natural delivery

目的:探讨循证心理护理在自然分娩孕妇中的应用价值。方法:收治孕妇400例,随机分为两组。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上行循证心理护理,比较两组护理满意度及自然分娩率。结果:观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组自然分娩率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循证心理护理可提高孕妇的护理满意度及自然分娩率。

Objective:To explore the application value of evidence-based psychological nursing in pregnant women with naturaldelivery.Methods:400 cases of pregnant women were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given routinenursing.The observation group was given evidence-based psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursingsatisfaction and natural delivery rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the observation groupwas significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The natural deliveryrate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based psychological nursing could improve the nursing satisfaction and naturaldelivery rate of pregnant women.
