青光眼阀植入术治疗难治性青光眼的护理体会

The nursing experience of glaucoma valve implantation in the treatment of refractory glaucoma

目的:探讨青光眼阀植入术治疗难治性青光眼的护理效果。方法:收治难治性青光眼患者40例,采用青光眼阀植入术治疗,依据患者实际情况制定针对性护理方案,观察与分析护理效果。结果:术后随访1年,患者眼压恢复正常,未出现视力下降。5例发生并发症,并发症发生率12.5%。结论:难治性青光眼患者使用青光眼阀植入术后的护理配合非常重要,能保持患者眼压的稳定性,减少并发症。

Objective:To explore the nursing effect of glaucoma valve implantation in the treatment of refractory glaucoma.Methods:40 patients with refractory glaucoma were selected.They were treated with glaucoma valve implantation.According to theactual situation of patients,we formulated targeted care programs,observed and analyzed the effect of nursing.Results:After surgery,the patients were followed up for 1 year.The patient's intraocular pressure was restored to normal,and there was no visual acuitydecreased.5 cases had complications,and the complication rate was 12.5% .Conclusion:Nursing cooperation after operation forpatients with refractory glaucoma treated by glaucoma valve implantation was very important.It can maintain the stability of thepatient's intraocular pressure,and reduce complications.
