陇川县2015年麻疹抗体水平监测分析

Analysis of the measles antibody level of Longchuan country in 2015

目的：为麻疹控制提供依据。方法：抽取陇川县384例居民作为调查对象，调查各年龄组麻疹疫苗接种完成情况，检测麻疹病毒IgG抗体。结果：2015年18～23个月龄和4～5岁人群的麻疹疫苗接种率最高，14～17岁和≥18岁人群的麻疹疫苗接种率最低，麻疹抗体水平监测阳性379例、阴性5例，抗体阳性率98.70%。结论：陇川县麻疹抗体水平总体较高，但仍需要进一步提高免疫接种质量，建立更加坚固的麻疹免疫屏障。

Objective:To provide the basis for measles control.Methods:384 people from Longchuan county as the object ofinvestigation.The completion of measles vaccine in all age groups was investigated,and the IgG antibody of measles virus wasdetected.Results:The survey results show that the measles vaccination rate of 18～23 months old and 4～5 years old people in2015 was the highest;the measles vaccination rate of 14～17 and ≥18 years old people was the lowest;the measles antibodylevels was positive in 379 cases,negative in 5 cases,the antibody positive rate was 98.70%.Conclusion:The measles antibody levelof Longchuan county is generally high,but still need to further improve the quality of immunization,to establish a more robustmeasles immune barrier.
