摘要
目的:探讨上田正疗法结合肌内效贴布在痉挛型脑瘫康复中的临床疗效。方法:收治痉挛型脑瘫患儿40例,随机分为两组。对照组给予综合康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予上田正法结合肌内效贴布,比较两组疗效。结果:观察组有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:上田正疗法结合肌内效贴布在痉挛型脑瘫的康复中疗效显著。
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of shangtianzheng combined with kinesio taping in the rehabilitationof spastic cerebral palsy.Methods:40 cases of children with spastic cerebral palsy were divided into two groups randomly.Thecontrol group was given comprehensive rehabilitation treatment.The observation group was given shangtianzheng combined withkinesio taping on the basis of the control group.The curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The effective rate ofthe observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shangtianzheng combined with kinesio taping in the rehabilitation of spastic cerebral palsy had significantcurative effect.
