摘要
右美托咪定是美托咪定的右旋体,目前其滴鼻剂在临床上主要用于麻醉、麻醉辅助用药,通过滴鼻给药,可以降低患者麻醉时或麻醉后呼吸道腺体分泌,同时对患者鼻黏膜无刺激作用,不抑制呼吸中枢,患者耐受较好,同时还有镇静作用,及减少手术与麻醉引起的交感神经反射,稳定患者血流动力学作用。
Dexmedetomidine is a medetomidine the d-isomer.At present the nasal drops in clinical practice is mainly used for anesthesia,anesthesia adjuvant drugs.By intranasal administration can reduce the patient or anesthesia after glands of the respiratory tract.At the same time of nasal mucosa of patients with no stimulation,does not inhibit the respiratory center.Patients tolerated better,with sedative effect.It can reduce operation and anesthesia induced by sympathetic nerve reflex,and stabilize hemodynamics.
