Research progress on expression of inflammatory factors associated with delayed encephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisoning

一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病发病机制包括缺血缺氧机制、兴奋性氨基酸学说、自由基学说等,新近研究显示在其病理进展不同阶段均有不少炎性细胞和炎性介质参与。本文就此病相关炎性因子的研究进展做一综述。

The mechanism of delayed encephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisoning includes the mechanism of ischemia and hypoxia,the theory of excitatory amino acids,free radical theory and so on.Recent studies have shown that there are a number of inflammatory cells and inflammatory mediators involved in the different stages of its progression.In this paper,the research progress of the disease related inflammatory factors is reviewed.
