手足口病是一种急性传染病,高发人群是婴幼儿。手足口病由肠道病毒引起,患儿发病后主要表现为口痛导致厌食,伴发低热,口腔、手、足出现小疱疹,病情严重时出现肺水肿、心肌炎等并发症。手足口病爆发后死亡人数逐年上升,已被列为我国法定报告管理丙类传染病。深入研究手足口病的发病规律有助于完善预防措施,降低爆发率以及感染率。

Hand-foot-mouth disease is an acute infectious disease.Infants and young children are the high incidence population.Hand-foot-mouth disease is caused by intestinal virus.The main manifestations of the children after the onset was anorexia caused by stomatalgia,accompanied by low heat,mouth,hand and foot appear exanthema vesiculosum,pulmonary edema,myocarditis and other complications occurred in severe condition.After the outbreak of hand,foot and mouth disease,the number of deaths increased year by year,which has been listed as a statutory report of the management of third class infectious diseases.Further research on the incidence of hand foot mouth disease will help to improve the prevention measures,reduce the incidence of infection and the rate of infection.
