可摘局部义齿在牙周病修复患者中的应用

Application of removable partial denture in patients with periodontal disease

目的:探讨可摘局部义齿对牙周病伴牙列缺损患者修复的效果。方法:收治牙周病伴牙列缺损患者30例,采用可摘局部义齿进行修复,定期随访并观察治疗效果。结果:优良率96.67%,优秀80.00%,良好16.67%,差3.33%。其中24例感觉义齿美观,稳定性好,基牙无疼痛,可咬较硬食物;5例偶尔感觉基牙轻微疼痛,调整后疼痛消失;1例基牙反复疼痛,松动度加大需拔牙处理。结论:可摘局部义齿修复牙周病伴牙列缺损效果良好。

Objective:To investigate the effect of removable partial denture on the repair of periodontal disease patients with dentition defect.Methods:30 cases with dentition defect treated with periodontal disease were selected,and we used the removable partial denture to repair,regular follow-up and observed the therapeutic effect.Results:Excellent rate of 96.67% ,excellent of 80.00%,good of 16.67%,poor of 3.33%.24 patients of all felt denture beautiful,good stability,abutment without pain,and could bite hard food;5 cases of occasional slight pain in the abutment teeth,the pain disappeared after the adjustment;1 cases of recurrent pain, the degree of loosening increase need to tooth extraction treatment.Conclusion:The effect of removable partial denture to repair periodontal disease with dentition defect is good.
