关于甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床体会

Clinical experience of mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的:探讨甲钴胺片治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法:收治糖尿病周围神经病变患者50例,分析临床资料。结果:糖尿病周围神经病变患者以麻木、腹胀、疼痛、出汗等主要症状,患者常伴有2种或2种以上病症;使用甲钴胺治疗后3个月回访调查,治愈35例,显效10例,有效3例,无效2例;总体治疗效果满意。结论:甲钴胺片治疗糖尿病周围神经病变效果显著,根据年龄及病变状态进行口服,可显著控制病症。

Objective:To discuss the effect of mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:50 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected.Clinical data was analyzed.Results:Patients were with diabetic peripheral neuropathy with numbness,abdominal distension,pain,sweating and other symptoms,and patients often accompanied by two or more than two kinds of diseases;using mecobalamin in the treatment of 3 months follow-up survey,35 cases were cured,10 cases were markedly effective,effective in 3 cases,invalid in 2 cases;the overall treatment effect was satisfactory.Conclusion:The mecobalamin tablets in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy effect is significant,according to age and disease state oral.It can significantly control the disease.
