甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的效果及安全性分析

Analysis of the therapeutic effect and safety of methotrexate combined with mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy

目的:探讨甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的效果。方法:收治异位妊娠患者84例,随机分为观察组和对照组各42例,观察组采用甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗,对照组采用米非司酮治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗效果和不良反应发生率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的效果显著。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of methotrexate combined with mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:84 patients with ectopic pregnancy were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 42 cases in each.The observation group was treated by methotrexate combined with mifepristone.The control group was treated with mifepristone.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the treatment effect and the incidence of adverse reactions were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of methotrexate combined with mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy was significant.
