思密达治疗腹泻的效果观察

The effect observation of smecta in the treatment of diarrhea

目的:探讨思密达治疗腹泻的效果。方法:收治腹泻患者110例,按随机抽样法分成对照组和研究组,分别实施庆大霉素、思密达疗法。结果:研究组患者病症缓解率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的高热消退、呕吐停止、止泻时间和对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:思密达治疗腹泻可缓解病症,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective:To investigate the effect of smecta in the treatment of diarrhea.Methods:110 patients with diarrhea were selected.They were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random sampling method.They were treated with the implementation of gentamicin and smecta therapy respectively.Results:The disease remission of the study group patients was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the high fever subsided,stop vomiting,antidiarrheal time of the study group patients compared with and the control group had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Smecta in treatment of diarrhea can alleviate the symptoms, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
