泛昔洛韦联合氦—氖激光治疗带状疱疹临床疗效观察

Clinical curative effect observation of famciclovir combined with He-Ne laser in the treatment of herpes zoster

目的:探讨泛昔洛韦联合氦-氖激光治疗带状疱疹的效果。方法:收治带状疱疹患者72例,分为对照组和观察组各36例,对照组给予单纯泛昔洛韦治疗,观察组给予泛昔洛韦联合氦-氖激光治疗。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:泛昔洛韦联合氦-氖激光治疗带状疱疹疗效较好,促进患者病情好转,且不良反应少。

Objective:To investigate the effect of famciclovir combined with He-Ne laser in the treatment of herpes zoster effect.Methods:72 patients with herpes zoster were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group with 36 cases in each group.The control group were only given famciclovir treatment.The observation group given famciclovir combined with He-Ne laser therapy.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of famciclovir combined with He-Ne laser in the treatment of herpes zoster is good.It can promote the patient's condition improved,with less adverse reactions.
