经皮穿刺低温等离子联合臭氧消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的手术综合分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨经皮穿刺低温等离子联合臭氧消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:收治腰椎间盘突出症患者50例,给予经皮穿刺低温等离子联合臭氧消融术治疗,比较治疗前、治疗后24 h、1周、1个月和6个月的腰痛VAS、ODI评分。结果:治疗后24 h、1周、1个月、6个月VAS和ODI评分明显低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临床总有效率74.0%。结论:经皮穿刺低温等离子联合臭氧消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效较好,显著改善患者的疼痛。 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of percutaneous low temperature plasma combined with ozone ablation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:50 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated with percutaneous low temperature plasma combined with ozone ablation,the lumbago VAS,ODI scores before treatment,after treatment for 24 h,1 week,1 month and 6 months were compared.Results:The ODI and VAS scores after treatment for 24 h,1 week,1 month and 6 months were significantly lower than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The clinical total effective rate was 74%.Conclusion:Percutaneous low temperature plasma combined with ozone ablation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation had better clinical curative effect and improved the pain of patients significantly.
