摘要
目的:探讨前列腺癌内分泌治疗后患者长期生存情况及相关预后因素。方法:收治内分泌治疗的前列腺癌患者112例进行随访,观察患者生存情况,分析相关预后因素。结果:患者是否发生骨转移对内分泌治疗预后具有影响(P<0.05)。结论:是否发生骨转移是影响前列腺癌患者预后的重要因素。
Objective:To investigate the long-term survival situation and prognostic factors of patients with prostate cancer after endocrine therapy.Methods:112 cases of patients with prostate cancer after endocrine therapy were followed up to observe the survival situation of patients and the relevant prognostic factors were analyzed.Results:The patients having bone metastasis or not had effect on the prognosis of endocrine therapy(P<0.05).Conclusion:The bone metastasis or not was an important factor affecting the prognosis of patients with prostate cancer.
