摘要
目的:观察双球囊促宫颈成熟在妊娠晚期引产中的效果。方法:收治足月、单胎、头位孕妇18例,行双球囊促宫颈成熟。结果:双球囊促宫颈成熟后18例中17例于次日经阴道顺产,1例因胎儿窘迫行剖宫产分娩。结论:双球囊促宫颈成熟在晚孕引产中是一种操作简单、安全可靠、成功率高的方法。
Objective:To observe the effect of double balloon to promote cervical ripening in late pregnancy.Methods:18 term hospitalization,single fetus,cephalic pregnant women were selected,and they were given double balloon cervical ripening.Results:Double balloon after cervical ripening in 18 cases,17 cases in the spontaneous vaginal delivery,1 case with fetal distress for cesarean delivery.Conclusion:Double balloon cervical ripening in late pregnancy induced labor is a simple safe and reliable method with high success rate.
