氯解磷定联合序贯消化道净化治疗有机磷农药中毒的临床疗效和安全性分析

Clinical efficacy and safety analysis of pralidoxime chloride combined with sequential digestive tract purification in the treatment of patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning

目的:分析、探索对有机磷农药中毒患者采用氯解磷定联合序贯消化道净化治疗的临床效果与安全性。方法:收治有机磷农药中毒患者80例,平分为两组。均给予常规临床综合治疗,在此基础上,对照组加用氯解磷定注射液经肌注治疗,研究组则加用氯解磷定联合序贯消化道净化治疗。观察、比较两组治疗后的临床效果与感染发生情况。结果:经治疗后,研究组的呼吸困难、腹痛腹泻、恶心、呕吐及昏迷等临床症状发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后的消化道感染、呼吸道感染、颅内感染及泌尿道感染率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对有机磷农药中毒患者采用氯解磷定联合序贯消化道净化治疗疗效显著,安全性高。

Objective:To analyze and explore the clinical efficacy and safety of pralidoxime chloride combined with sequential digestive tract purification in the treatment of patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods:80 patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were selected.They were divided into the two groups on average.All patients were given routine clinical therapy.On this basis,the control group was treated with pralidoxime chloride injection by intramuscular injection,and the study group was treated with pralidoxime chloride combined with sequential digestive tract purification.We observed and compared the clinical effects and the incidence of infection of the two groups after treatment.Results:After treatment,the clinical symptoms of dyspnea,abdominal pain,diarrhea,nausea and vomiting and coma incidence of study group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The infection rate of digestive tract infection,respiratory tract infection,intracranial infection and urinary tract infection rate in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of pralidoxime chloride combined with sequential digestive tract purification in the treatment of patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning is obvious,and the safety is high.
