当归六黄汤治疗阴虚火旺型甲状腺功能亢进症的疗效及安全性研究

Research of efficacy and safety of Danggui Liuhuang decoction in treating hyperthyroidism due to Yinxu Huowang type

目的:观察常规治疗基础上加用当归六黄汤治疗心肝阴虚火旺型甲状腺功能亢进症的疗效及安全性。方法:收治甲状腺功能亢进患者128例,分两组,各64例。对照组口服甲巯咪唑,治疗组在对照组基础上加用当归六黄汤加减,观察两组临床症状、体征改善情况、甲状腺激素水平及不良反应情况。结果:治疗组总有效率95.31%,高于对照组的82.81%(P<0.05)。结论:当归六黄汤联合单纯西药治疗阴虚火旺型甲状腺功能亢进症疗效显著,不良反应较小。

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of Danggui Liuhuang decoction in treating hyperthyroidism due to Yinxu Huowang.Methods:128 patients with thyroid function hyperthyroidism were selected.They were divided into two groups,each of 64 cases.The control group oral methimazole.The treatment group based on the control group use of Danggui Liuhuang decoction.The improvement of clinical symptoms and signs,thyroid hormone levels and adverse reactions were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.31%, higher than 82.81% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect Danggui Liuhuang decoction combined with simple western medicine in the treatment of hyperactivity of fire due to Yinxu Huowang is significant with less adverse reactions.
