美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗高血压心脏病室性早搏的疗效

Curative effect of metoprolol combined with Wenxin granules in the treatment of ventricular premature beat of hypertensive heart disease

目的:探讨美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗高血压心脏病室性早搏的效果。方法:收治高血压心脏病室性早搏患者96例,分为联合组和单一组各48例。单一组给予美托洛尔治疗,联合组在单一组的基础上加用稳心颗粒治疗。观察两组疗效以及治疗后血液流变学情况。结果:联合组总有效率明显高于单一组(P<0.05);联合组血液流变学指标恢复好于单一组(P<0.05)。结论:美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗高血压心脏病室性早搏疗效好,能明显降低血液黏度,患者恢复快。

Objective:To explore the effect of metoprolol combined with Wenxin granules in the treatment of ventricular premature beat of hypertensive heart disease.Methods:96 patients with ventricular premature beat of hypertensive heart disease were selected.They were divided into the combined group and the single group with 48 cases in each.The single group was given metoprolol treatment.The combined group was given Wenxin granules treatment on the basis of the single group.The curative effects and blood rheology after treatment were observed between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the single group(P<0.05).The recovery of blood rheology index in the combined group was better than that of the single group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Metoprolol combined with Wenxin granules in the treatment of ventricular premature beat of hypertensive heart disease has a good curative effect.It can significantly reduced the blood viscosity,and the patients recover quickly.
