加味大柴胡汤治疗胆囊炎的效果

The effect of Jiawei Dachaihu decoction for treating cholecystitis

目的:观察并分析加味大柴胡汤治疗胆囊炎的临床效果。方法:收治胆囊炎患者78例,分两组。观察组41例,选用加味大柴胡汤治疗;对照组37例,选用消炎利胆片治疗。比较两种不同治疗方案的临床疗效。结果:观察组治愈率97.6%,高于对照组的83.8%(P<0.05)。结论:加味大柴胡汤治疗胆囊炎疗效显著。

Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of Jiawei Dachaihu decoction for treating cholecystitis.Methods:78 patients with cholecystitis were selected.They were divided into two groups.The observation group of 41 patients,using Jiawei Dachaihu decoction treatment;the control group of 37 patients,the treatment of Xiaoyan Lidan tablets.The clinical efficacy of two different treatment regimens was compared.Results:The cure rate of the observation group was 97.6%,higher than 83.8% of the control group of (P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Jiawei Dachaihu Decoction on treating cholecystitis is significant.
