耳针配合消石通淋汤治疗泌尿系结石40例临床观察

Clinical observation of 40 cases of auricular needling acupuncture with Xiaoshi Tonglin decoction in the treatment of urinary calculi

目的:探讨耳针配合消石通淋汤治疗泌尿系结石的效果。方法:收治泌尿系结石患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。观察组采用耳针配合消石通淋汤治疗;对照组利用激光体外冲击波碎石或者手术治疗。结果;观察组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:耳针配合消石通淋汤治疗泌尿系结石疗效好,不良反应小。

Objective:To investigate the effect of auricular needling acupuncture with Xiaoshi Tonglin decoction in the treatment of urinary calculi.Methods:80 patients with urinary calculi were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each group.The observation group adopted auricular needling acupuncture with Xiao Shi Tong Lin decoction treatment;the control group were given the extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy or laser surgery.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular needling acupuncture with Xiao Shi Tong Lin decoction in the treatment of urinary calculi has significant effect,with less adverse reactions.
