结核患者痰结核杆菌检验的方法探讨

Study on the test method of mycobacterium tuberculosis in sputum of patients with tuberculosis

目的:探究结核患者痰结核杆菌检验的方法。方法:收治肺结核患者50例,取患者的痰标本,分别实施痰涂片检查以及PCR(痰聚合酶链反应),对两种检查方法检验的结果进行对比、分析。结果:肺结核患者经痰涂片检查的结核杆菌检验阳性率(24.00%)明显低于经PCR检验的结核杆菌检验阳性率(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肺结核患者实施PCR检验的准确率较高,可提高结核杆菌检验的阳性检出率,从而利于肺结核患者的治疗。

Objective:To explore the test method of mycobacterium tuberculosis in sputum of patients with tuberculosis.Methods:50 patients with tuberculosis were selected.Sputum samples were taken from patients,and sputum smear examination and PCR(polymerase chain reaction)were performed respectively.We compared and analyzed the results of the two inspection methods.Results:The positive rate of sputum smear examination in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis(24.00% )was significantly lower than that in the PCR test(70.00% ),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The accuracy rate of PCR test for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis is high.It can improve the positive detection rate of mycobacterium tuberculosis,which is conducive to the treatment of tuberculosis patients.
