艾灸对髋关节置换术后恢复的护理疗效观察

Observation on nursing curative effect of moxibustion on postoperative recovery of hip joint replacement

目的:观察艾灸对髋关节置换术后恢复的护理疗效。方法:收治股骨颈骨折患者60例,入院后均采取髋关节置换术,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。两组患者均给予术后常规护理,观察组额外给予艾灸治疗。结果:观察组在低热持续时间、伤口渗出天数、局部肿胀天数、术后疼痛天数等方面均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸对髋关节置换术后恢复的护理疗效显著。

Objective:To observation the effect of moxibustion on postoperative recovery of hip joint replacement.Methods:60 cases with femoral neck fracture were selected.They were all given hip joint replacement.They were divided into two groups with 30 cases in each.The two groups were all given conventional nursing.The observation group received moxibustion additionally.Results: The low thermal days duration,wound days,local swelling,postoperative pain in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and differences were statisticallt significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of observationgroup on postoperative recovery of hip joint replacement is significant.
